Although my husband has many friends in the industry we both liked Eduardo’s energy and decided to use him for our home buying adventure. Eduardo is very detailed in his approach to the home buying process. He utilizes all of the latest technology to be as efficient as possible. In addition he went above and beyond by personally delivering over 100 letters to homes in our desired neighborhood in an effort to find someone who might be interested in listing their home. After about a month of checking the MLS for homes we managed to narrow our search and made an offer on a great home. We recently closed escrow and couldn’t be happier. I was in a unique situation in that I had resources to buy now, but an uncertain timeline and as a first time buyer had no knowledge of the process and how everything worked. From the very first interaction all the way through the final step Eduardo was extremely patient, and as I learned more about the process, he always took the extra time to explain things to me and answer any question I had (big or small) so that I was fully informed of the steps, my options, and the issue/area I wanted more info on. He was always on top of next steps, to do's, outstanding items. He never left me hanging. Eduardo was extremely responsive at all hours of the day and proactively communicated around when he'd be busy/unavailable. He made me feel I could always reach out to get an update, check the status of something, or discuss next steps. He consistently went above and beyond to make this process as seamless as possible for me. In addition, Eduardo took the time during showings, car rides, and phone calls to talk with me about different house options, renovation ideas/budgets, how he analyzes/looks at homes, the market, etc. I really gained a lot of knowledge during the process in addition to getting the home I wanted. He also successfully leveraged his professional relationships to put me in the strongest position during the negotiation process, which actually ended up being a major reason I got the house I really wanted, in a 8+ offer situation. Overall, Eduardo is super hardworking and knowledgable, but more importantly just a solid person who always brought an honest, respectful, and friendly vibe to the table in addition to getting his job done. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Eduardo, and he'll be the first person I call the next time I need real estate advice or support.

Buying a home can be so stressful and to top it off, shortly after we started the process we were working with a 90 day window, after receiving a 90 day notice from our property management. My husband had worked with Eduardo professionally and had always said when we are ready to buy a house we have to use Ed. The thought of using anyone else was never a consideration and after it was all said and done I completely understood why. When it was all said and done we ended up in a 4 bedroom home in North Natomas, that exceeded our expectations. This was my first home purchase and I started my search with very little knowledge of what to expect. He educated me and informed me on everything and walked me through the whole process in detail. I used the VA Home loan for my purchase and he made sure I knew all the benefits of that. He's a consummate professional and really knows the ins and outs of the Sacramento real estate market. He helped us navigate a tricky mortgage process as well as some negotiations with the seller. He went above and beyond what you'd expect from a realtor. We were house hunting long distance and he did a lot of legwork for us: after a couple weeks he had a really good idea of what we wanted so he would screen homes for us so we didn't have to make a long drive.
